Amanda Gutierrez

It is with great sadness that the Gutierrez family announces the unexpected passing of Amanda “Tink, Panda” Gutierrez at age 24 on Monday, August 2, 2021.

Amanda was born in Waco, Tx on May 22, 1997, to Chris Gutierrez and Frances Rosales. She is survived by her fiancé Jonathan Araiz of Del Rio, TX, her fur babies Chloe, Bobby and Precious; Father Chris Gutierrez and Step mother Kelly Davis of Waco, TX.; her Mother Frances (Rosales) Arreola and Step father Gerardo Arreola of Leander, TX.; Grandparents Cristina and Martin Gutierrez of Waco, TX.; Big sisters Elyssa and Laura (Luis), Little brothers Chris Jr, and Marquez, Little sister Audrey; Nieces and Nephews: Brooklyn, Melena, Joshua Jr, Ethan, Isaac; Uncles: Brian, Martin Jr.(Cassie), Allen; Aunts: Janie (Justin) and Maria (Marcos); many cousins as well as numerous other extended family and friends.

Amanda loved her family so much; she was especially close to her nieces and nephews, whom she loved to shop for, play Fortnite and Roblox with. Her favorite things to do were watch movies, cook, be a jokester, listen to music, and play online games with her gamer and social media friends. She was passionate about lashes and make up and loved to create new looks on herself.

Amanda was fierce, funny, strong, stubborn, caring, and witty. She’s known for her loud and contagious laughter and will forever be remembered for how much fun she was to be around and will be greatly missed by all the children she mothered.

Amanda was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather Carmen Rosales, her Nephew Bronx Rivera, Family friends Ruben Torres and Victor “Ezekiel” Garza.

The family would like to thank everyone who loved and were a blessing to Panda. May she rest in love forever and eternity. She will be missed by all those who were lucky enough to know her.

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021, for family and friends from 6-8pm at Mausoleum Chapel in Waco. Burial will be at Waco Memorial Park on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at 10am.
