Barbara Fay Mabry Huber, 80, of Waco, TX went to be with her Lord, Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 3 a.m. at Hillcrest Hospital with her family at her bedside.
A celebration of life will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at First Baptist of Hewitt, interment will follow at Waco Memorial Park. A visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in the Mausoleum Chapel at Waco Memorial Park.
Barbara was born November 29, 1938 to parents, GL and Eunice Mabry of Bellmead. She married Charles V. Huber May 31, 1956 and graduated from La Vega High in 1957.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. Barbara was a member of FBC of Hewitt, TX and a member of Gideons International. She and our dad previously volunteered with Campers on Mission and ran the Snack Bar at Lakeview Baptist Assembly in Lonestar, TX for ten summers.
Barbara loved reading and playing Mexican Train with her friends twice a week.
She is survived by two daughters, Annette and husband, Bill Gleason, Lisa and husband, Glenn Willis; son, Curtis Huber; grandsons, Michael Gleason, Stephen and wife, Brittany Gleason; grandchildren, Wendi and GH Willis; great-granddaughters, Brielle, Alayna and Isabel Gleason; great-grandson, Austin Fullwider and beloved dog, Molly.
Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Sherree Kay; husband, Charles V. Huber; parents, GL and Eunice Mabry and sister, Beverly Taylor.
