Charles Woodard

Charles Winfred Woodard, 71, of Waco, Texas passed away Thursday, August 06, 2020. Charles was born in San Antonio, Texas on January 21, 1949 to Winfred and Quida Woodard. Charles was know for his love of woodworking, building beautiful furniture, good bodywork with vehicles as well as sitting on the porch enjoying his coffee and cigarettes.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include, sister, Dezina and husband, David Odom; brothers, David and Darrell Woodard.
