Doris Belville Reed

Doris A. Belville Reed, 91, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 9, 2018.

Born to Clarence D. Belville and Leona Brunson Belville in Waco, Texas. Married to Duncan C. Reed Jr., he preceded her in death; as did her parents.

Doris is survived by sister, Betty and husband Terry Kilgore of Garland, Texas; brother, Charles Belville and wife Georgia of West, Texas; daughter's; Jenny A. Visina of Rowlett, Texas, Sharanda Mozart of Richmond, Texas, Krishna Mutina of Spring, Texas and Kebana Reed of Spring, Texas; grandchildren, Captain Kelly Peterson, Krista Abernathy, Katrina Visina, Kimberly Abernathy, Kacie Visina; great-grandchildren, Kimberlyn Abernathy, Mackenzie Peterson and Mathew Brodie Henderson.

Doris graduated from Waco High in 1946 as Valedictorian. She attended Baylor University with a scholarship in music. Doris loved to sing and was an accomplished pianist. She fulfilled her love for music at RCA Records in Los Angeles, California.

The family will have a graveside service at Waco Memorial Park, Friday, February 16, 2018 at 12:00 PM.
