Hsiu Hua Chen

CHEN, Hsiu Hua "Sue" of Waco, Texas has passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends in the midmorning of November 11, 2021. at the age of 76 years. She was the beloved daughter of the late Ming Lin and Shue Lin of Taipei, Taiwan. She is survived by her husband, Naru Chen; children- Dr Helo (Nicole) Chen and Dr Heco (Chris) Chen; granddaughters (Nori, Mallory, Elise, and Willow.) Also she is survived by her brother, sister, and many nephews and nieces around the world. She and her husband were the original owners of the House of Chen restaurant and served Waco for 10 years. Service to celebrate her life will be held on December 11th at 11AM at Waco Memorial. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Salvation Army.
