James Williams

James Allen Williams , 76, passed away at home Sunday Oct. 16th 2022.

He was born and raised in Waco, Tx. where he played football for LaVega High School and went on to attend several colleges throughout his life. He worked 20 years for the MKT/Union Pacific railroad as a carman, he worked for 10 years for TDC in Huntsville TX. on A/C and Heating systems, he went back to school after retiring to become a Polysomnographer/Sleep Study Technician, he was and avid collector of many things and enjoyed hunting, fishing and most outdoor activities, he had many trophies here on earth but his greatest accompaniments were his love of God and his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Travis H. Williams Sr. and Dora Nix Williams and his brother Travis H. WIlliams Jr.

He is survived by his sister Gloria January, his sister-in-law JoAnn Williams, his children Dana Ausburn, Scott Williams and daughter-in-law Monica Gillaspie-Williams and Amanda Mattle, he has 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 3 nieces, 4 nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
