Jerry Milligan, Sr

Jerry Gilbert Milligan, Sr, 81, of Robinson, TX, died Saturday, December 18, 2021 in a local hospital.  Born April 11, 1940 in Harod, Illinois to Gilbert Daniel and Celia Virginia (Colbert) Milligan, he joined the Navy in 1958 and lived in Southern California for several years working in banking and real-estate before moving to Texas in 2007 where he continued working in real-estate.  He was a Life Member of the Downey, CA Elk's Lodge # 2020 and served as the Past Exalted Ruler in 2000 and 2002.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gary and sisters, Loretta and Laverne.  He was also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rachel Inez Milligan in March of 2021.

He is survived by his 3 sons and daughter's-in-law:   Jerry Milligan, Jr and wife, Teresa of Robinson, TX; Robert Dewayne Milligan and wife, Jessie of Robinson, TX; and Bryan Wilson Milligan and wife, Josie of Waco, TX; 9 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Judy of Illinois and Sharon of Tennessee.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2021 from 6 PM to 8 PM at Waco Memorial Mausoleum Chapel.
