On Saturday, May 20,2023, Lisa Arias gained her wings and entered the kingdom of heaven at the age of 62. She left this earth peacefully, surrounded by her family whom she loved dearly. Lisa Gayle Morris was born July 25, 1960, in Seagraves, Texas. In 1977, she met her forever love, Jesse Arias, and they started a family of their own. Her 3 daughters were her pride and joy. Lisa loved all her family, but her grandchildren were her heart and soul, she was the true definition of a grandma.
She was loved by many and will be missed dearly. She was known for her kind and compassionate heart. Her smile alone could light up a room. Anyone who knew her knew she loved her Dr. Pepper, and she was a faithful fan of The Young and the Restless.
Lisa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold Ralph Brown and Martha Elizabeth Brown and her brother, Steven Lyn Morris, whom she loved dearly.
She leaves behind her husband, Jesse Arias; daughters, Jessica Arias and husband, Moses, Stefanie Arias and husband, Tony, and Lisa Marie Arias; grandchildren, Tony Luevano 5th, Moriah Resendez, Tauri Luevano, Mark Resendez, Aniyah Arias, Taliyah Luevano, Tyler Stewart, Jaidyn Arias; great-grandson, Anthony Mazon, Jr.; parents, David and Gail McMullin; and brother, David Alan McMullin. Lisa also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, friends, and bonus babies she cared for over the years.
Although our hearts are sad today, we have comfort in knowing she is rejoicing in the kingdom of heaven.
