Margaret ''Anne'' (Bouldin) Glenn, 87, of Hewitt, died Friday in a local assisted living center. Anne was born August 1, 1933 to Eugene ''Gene'' Bouldin and Edna Benita Bridges Bouldin in McGregor, Texas. She later moved to Bay City and attended the Bay City High School where she graduated in 1951. She attended Wharton County Junior College from 1966 to 1967 and worked as a Secretary, Manager and Accountant for various companies including Bossley's Rice Dryer and Sure Line Hawn. From 1985 to 1992, she served as Secretary to the Chairman and Board Secretary and 2nd Officer for Western Gulf Savings and Loan. In September 3, 1968 she married Raymond L. Glenn in Swansboro, North Carolina. They were together for 52 years. One of her fondest memories was the fulfilment of a promise by Raymond when he arranged to not only drive over the Golden Gate Bridge, but to also fly over and sail under it. She was passionate about decorating and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers, Henry E Bouldin and Joe B. Bouldin.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond L. Glenn; son and daughter in law, Randy and Amy Roberts of Waco, TX; son, Keith Roberts of Hewitt, TX; stepson and wife, Nelson and Darlene Glenn of Tuscon, AZ; stepdaughter, Durga Ishaya and stepdaughter and her husband, Sondra and Tom Harms of Livingston, Mt. She is also survived by a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Waco Memorial Park.
