Mark Angelo Castellano

Mark Angelo Castellano passed away on April 22, 2023. A memorial service will be held on May 1, 2023, for Mark at Waco Memorial Funeral Home, 6623 S. I-35, Waco, TX 76706. (254-662-3430)  Viewing will commence at 1:00 p.m., with the service, officiated by Pastor Emmanuel Roldan, to be held at 2:00 p.m.

Mark, the son of Camila and Juan Castellano, was born on May 1, 1973, in Glendale, California. Mark was educated at Wilson High School. His work experience included employment by Radio Shack in Waco, Texas. Baylor University’s Housekeeping Department also employed Mark, who loved being with coaches at Baylor and cheering for nearly every sport that involved the green and gold. Another avid fan and friend, Mr. Emmette Flores, would give Mark tickets for Baylor games.

Mark’s family would like to thank the At Home Healthcare staff who came to our residence and did treatments. Also greatly appreciated are all staff at Baylor Scott &White-Hillcrest that took good care of Mark during his extended illness.

Preceding Mark in death were his father, Juan Castellano, and his grandparents. Surviving family members include two brothers, Ruben F. Castellano (wife Sylvia Garcia) and John C. Castellano (wife Blanca Briones). Also surviving are nephews Christopher, Luke, and Marcelo Castellano; nieces Laura, Evelyn, and Jessica Castellano; great-nephews Elija, Destin, Jace, and Angelo Castellano.
