Ralph Kelley

Ralph Wayne Kelley, 66, of Waco, passed away on November 28, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Bruceville Commuity Church, 583 Old Moody Road, in Eddy.

Ralph was born on November 25, 1956, to James and Rebecca Kelley in Robstown, Texas.  After Ralph graduated from Rogers High School in 1974, he went on to study drafting and design engineering technology at Temple Junior College.

Ralph is preceded in death by James & Rebecca Kelley. He is survived by his siblings: James W. Kelley of Round Rock, Becky S. Lay of Eddy, Karen Heinrich of Marble Falls, Tillie Vice of Belton, Gene Kelley of Moody, Raelene Craft of Rogers, Kathy Barney of Temple, and Kimberly Hinz of Temple, and several beloved nieces and nephews.
