Robbie Jean Williams

Robbie Jean Lochridge Williams, 95, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 in Grapevine, Texas. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 15 at 10am at Waco Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Waco Memorial Park. A meal and continued fellowship will follow in the Waco Memorial Reception Center.

Robbie was born on April 28, 1928 to Cooper and Zava Lochridge in Waco, Texas. She attended Baylor University and graduated with a degree in geology in 1949. After graduation she moved to Houston and worked for Sinclair Oil Company. On June 17, 1950 she married her high school sweetheart Froggy Williams. They had 5 children, Cindy, Rice, Amy, Jill and Mandy. Robbie and Froggy loved camping and hiking in the Colorado Rockies with their family. They also enjoyed going to Rice football and baseball games. She had 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren whom she adored. She is preceded in death by her husband Froggy Williams, her brother Joe Lochridge and her grandson Bobby Cagle.
