Scott was born in Orange, California to Thomas and Kathlene Crow.
He attended Lorena ISD and graduated in 1987.
Scott was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church where he was an usher, and he was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
When Scott was younger, he was very active in the Special Olympics where he raced his wheelchair and won many medals and awards. In 1987 he participated in the International Special Olympics where he placed second in wheelchair racing in the world. He was also on the Special Olympics bowling team.
He loved watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.
Scott loved meeting new people and never met a stranger.
Scott is survived by his brother Eric Crow and wife Stacy, nephew, Virgil Uptmore III and wife Kym, niece, Katie Motley, and great nephews Bryan, Daylon, Daric and Colt and great nieces, Alyssa and Chloe.
